The property was in the Core of Valletta with easy access to atractions, restaurants and shops. Staff was very attentive, particularly Pasha at the reception. Breakfast was at a restaurant 5 blocks away but it was worth the walk since service was super
. Special thanks to Katia and Francisco.
Although right in the heart of the city with nights vibrant with live music below my window nightly, I absolutely loved that and being walking distance to the historical town and many churches, shopping and historical museums. Elevator was broke and its good to call if you arrive late since office does not always have staff. but safe and quality stay. They left us goodies in the room too, a plus!
I've stayed twice for the easy access to shops, churches and museums. I especially enjoyed the upper room with the incredible city view and private jacuzzi! What a treat! Although the elevator was out of service, I got great exercise up and down the stairwell, enjoyed the live music nightly below and had a way to get in by gate as the staff was not always there at the desk. They did have a contact # I could reach tho if help was needed.
The property had a great location but we saw at least 4 cockroaches in the room and the shower tiles looked like they were missing a good cleaning. The "courtyard" room opened up to a ventilation shaft with a restaurant below, all the noises and smells came up and the room had no windows.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The room was very economical for the location. However my air conditioning unit was repeatedly automatically set to heating during the hottest December temperatures on record, and I had several days where I was stuck without cool air despite repeatedly informing the property staff.
Very hard to find. Rotten fish smell. Bathroom extraction brought in the smell from the fryer downstairs. Bathroom sink blocked and dirty. Restaurant kitchen very noisy, playing loud music. I should have listened to the other reviews and not stayed there, I checked out 2 days early and found somewhere else
So, I expected the window in my room. In the evening I couldn't shower, because the water was too hot, as there was not cold water at all. They did not serve continental breakfast. To have a slice of cheese and ham I had to pay full breakfast, so I gave up and had breakfast somewhere else on the day 3...
