"An additional way to checkin....Touchless Check-in!!! It would help manage the rush of arriving guests. I waited in line about 30 minutes to check -in. Yes, they were that busy...it's pretty impressive for check-in to start at 4pm, you arrive at 5pm and have to wait in line for 30 minutes because there were many others who arrived, too. The hotel is beautiful and worth it!"

"A lovely break and great views. Has the potential to be a 5 atar review but rip off prices for car parking for guests, high costs if restaurant food/drink and variable customer service mean its a 4. Lady who checked us in was amazing, lady who checked us out not. Staff who seated us in restaurant on day 1 2 and 3 great day 4 not. Manager snapped at staff in shop about talking when on shift which wasnt nice. Shop staff great but prices high. 2nd stay and would stay again."

"The staff members were helpful when we had to make two separate reservations because we added a night and we’re in two separate rooms. They did some adjusting and were able to put us in one room for both nights. That was a big help."
