"Minhal came to the apartment to show us around on arrival. The apartment itself has everything anyone could ask for and there were also many extras like tea coffee etc. toothpaste and sunblock laid on. Attention to detail is very helpful. During our stay we had a minor maintenance problem which was sorted out in double quick time and resolved for us.The apartments complex is ideally situated in Oasis del Sur within easy proximity to many fabulous restaurants and leisure amenities. Top Valle de San Lorenzo Hotel Reviews

The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama

10/10 Excellent

"Staff was very friendly and gave us an upgrade."

Bahia del Duque

10/10 Excellent

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were brilliant. Breakfast was a highlight, so many options and a great set up. As we were travelling with a baby we didn't get to use too many ameneties but from what I saw the spa looked lovely and it seemed to be a good place to bring children 3+ years old with the extra facilities and events for them. I wish some of the entertainment had been available earlier in the evenings, music shows seemed to start quite late assuming everyone had a late dinner, which didn't suit me. But that was a minor issue."

Ramada Residences by Wyndham Costa Adeje

8/10 Good

"The apartments are huge with large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster all in excellent condition. We had a three bedroom apartment which had so much space and storage. Balcony looking out over the sea had 6 sunbeds and table and chairs for 8 with still loads of space! Entertainment team of Emma, Nicola and Dianna helped make the holiday with their fun and enthusiasm. Large resort so does mean some rooms are quite a bit from the pool but the views are worth it. Friendly helpful staff on reception also."

Ona Beverly Hills Heights

8/10 Good

"Room wasn't that clean. Walked around for 10 minutes in bear feet and my feet were black. Also see blue slush puppy stains on the coffee table so obviously never got wiped over. Had a massive balcony with sea views but unfortunately didn't get much sun on the balcony really. Air conditioning was good and overall a nice hotel. What was nice is you can get free shuttle to the beach and back."
