Room was spotless. One of the foot ottomans under the recliner had a broken leg. Not a big deal, but a staff should have mentioned it so it could get fixed.

Urban Boutique is in a very convenient location in Little Italy, close to many great coffee shops and restaurants. It’s a good option for a short stay if you mainly need a place to sleep and be near everything.
The hotel is outdated and feels more like an old college dorm and visible stains everywhere. You can hear people in nearby rooms and above you, so it isn’t very quiet. My room did not have soap and didn’t have enough towels. There is also no daily housekeeping during the stay.
Overall, it works for one or two nights because of the location, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or if you’re looking for comfort and modern amenities. The staff is friendly.
