"I've been staying at this Motel 6 for over 10 years, and every time I visit, the front desk lady is always welcoming, professional, and helpful. She greets guests with a smile and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Her kindness and excellent customer service are one of the main reasons I continue to come back. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the guests the way she does. Thank you for always making my stays comfortable and enjoyable!"

"Food options are limited and expensive. Pool and hot tub are nice, wish it was open longer. Casino machines were just okay, many were broken/malfunctioning and all were very tight. They charge extra for everything, including extra towels to your room or housekeeping. Service and staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, however the A/Cs don’t work great if you’re in a west facing room. Parking is awful, very poor signage and packed."

"Great place for kids and family a lot of activities to do San Diego is only 44 away with great beaches and museums but honestly, you do not need to leave the resort. There’s plenty activities to do on the site when you get there there’s a map. There’s also a plan of activities they do throughout the week. There’s a winery next-door. I always have a great selection of wines. I can’t put everything into this one paragraph but I will give this place a 10 out of 10."

"The pool Staff was not helpful. Had to go to the window to order. The staff were on their phones and not watching. Ordered a charcuterie plate and the cheese had mold on it. Not happy to see that. The pool area could have been cleaned up more quickly. The staff only came out only to close the tab. For the amount one pays to stay there the services was a disappointment. One other issue was our room had a bad odor. They move us to a villa which was much better and comfortable."
