"The room very comfortable and excellent service, the one thing we did not like was that due to a low occupancy 20% (low season) there was only one restaurant to dine in. The food was great but there were no more option the others were closed and the restaurant was pack and short of staff too. The service, ammenities, entertainment were great. "

"I traveled from San Francisco, California for a girl's trip with my sister. We can a great experience at Los Arcos. The check in process was seamless. We arrived a couple hours before check in and within an hour our room was ready. The front desk worker spoke perfect english and spanish. Location wise it is great for walking around and checking out different restaurants. We wanted to explore local restaurants, so we opted out of the all-inclusive option. we felt very safe walking at night by ourselves. The room itself was great, A/C worked well, bed was comfortable, and shower was nice. For my first trip to Mexico this was a great experience. i would definitely recommend Hotel Los Arcos to anyone. TIP: we used grey line transportation to get to and from the airport- they were great. 10/10"
