We tried and tried to call and message the property and never received a response. La Fortuna is somewhat out in the country without many on the spot lodging options. "Our room was amazing, perfect view of the entire volcano even from my bed. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Evelyn, Jose and Fransisco treated us like royalty. Free breakfast was incredible, poolside food and Emperador restaurant was pretty good. Volcano restaurant had great ambience but food was subpar. Overall was a great value for a 5 star hotel."
