Villa "Julia" with Sea View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

  • Villa Julia welcomes you to Vallauris, in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, in a spacious 300 m² villa ideal for up to 6 guests. You will have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing plenty of space for your group. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals during your stay. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning and heating in every room, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.



    Enjoy the private garden, covered terrace, and rooftop, all offering views of the Bay of Cannes and Golf Juan. The villa features 2 private pools, one of which is heated. A private barbecue and outdoor shower are also available.



    Two shared parking spaces are provided on-site. Please note that events are not permitted. Beach towels are supplied for your comfort.



    Children over 12 are welcome. Video and audio recording devices are present but disconnected (entrance parking, gardens, pools, and some common areas such as the entrance hall, living room, and master bedroom). These cameras remain disconnected during your stay.



    The villa is ideally located in a quiet residential area near Cannes. La Croisette and the Palais des Festivals are 15 minutes away. Access is best by car.
