2 air-conditioned rooms, terrace/parking, sleeps 4, 400 m from the beach

  • €950/week July and August, all charges included: internet, TV, electricity, water, etc... cleaning included. I rent from Saturday 1 PM to Saturday 10 AM. Very nice 2-room apartment, 36m², 11m² south-facing terrace, sleeps 4, with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed, separate toilet and bathroom, air conditioning, south-facing, in a 3-star luxury residence, parking space, 2 swimming pools, gym and tennis court. Private access to the beach 400m walk from the residence. Quiet and sunny, overlooking the park with no overlooking neighbors. Bakery, supermarket, all shops nearby. 5 minutes by car from Old Antibes and its Provençal market. Bars, beaches and restaurants 10 minutes from Cannes by car, Juan les Pins and Golfe Juan 5 minutes away, you will be seduced by its calm and exposure.
