"The location was fantastic, there's a mini bar fridge and kettle in the room. Lovely hotel, the only downside was that the decoration in the room is tired and the carpet needs to be replaced. We had a meal there, my husband is a vegetarian and the staff were very helpful in accomodating this for his meal."

"Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. All the areas were clean even though there is remodeling going on, which makes the entrance a bit tricky. All in all, it was a comfortable stay."

"This hotel is a gem. Quiet neighborhood but still close to the action. Easy access to Plaza Mayor, shops, lots of little bars. Room was well furnished and also very quiet, even though we were close to a bar at street level and our room was on the first floor. Bathroom was excellent. Room was well cleaned once (as we requested). Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not use the hotel's restaurant/bar but it looked very good. Would stay again for sure!"
