This is one of the best places I have stayed with an Expedia booking. The room and bath looked recently remodeling. It was spotless. The staff was attentive and professional. The common areas were in very good condition. It is walking distance to the Plaza Mayor and all historical sites and museums. There are two elevators. You do have to take steps down from entrance to arrive at the lobby level. There is a breakfast area downstairs and terrace dining outside. There is a fridge but no microwave. I recommend it.

The Best so far!

I’ve traveled to 6 different Countries in the pass 2 months and I must say this Hotel surprised me totally. The Room it’s a dream!, the Bed so comfortable, Bathroom clean and very roomy, nice living room, it has a secret kitchen attached to the walls! In general the best Hotel so far at affordable price!!

Good location in a great city

Chose this hotel as short walk from train station. The hotel was very clean with comfy bed and lovely shower. Staff on reception very helpful. This was my first visit to Valladolid and it was a pleasant surprise with a lovely park opposite the hotel and a 5 minute walk into the beautiful city centre. The Plaza Mayor is fantastic and I would say second only to the one in Salamanca. Lots of history in the city and if I was visiting again would be happy to stay here.

Be warned that the rooms are very warm, they don’t get below 76 degrees at night and they turn off automatically in the middle of the night. I found it uncomfortable and the fan did not make the warm air more manageable. The staff did not greet the guest warmly when returning to the hotel. But the cleaning team said hello in the halls.

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e em frente ao parque. O quarto era grande e reformado, com varanda e vista do parque. Bom café da manhã, com frutas e cafés feitos na hora. Achei a cama pequena, mas minha reserva era apenas para uma pessoa.
