"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year. Thank you again. "

"We arrived with 6 guest. The concierge was very attentive and prepared for our arrival. He made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had dinner. This quiet hotel was absolutely beautiful and relaxing. After touring south Germany we needed to slow down a little bit and this was perfect. "
