"This time, we couldn't be accommodated in this property due to the fact we had forgotten one photo ID. We understood that'. The receptionist perfectly explained the rules. The refund was processed by the booking company. That's fine. The strange experience was in the restaurant we used before heading back home. The tip was rounded up much higher we mentioned. It was bizarre. After calling the hotel's restaurant first we heard we need to come back to do refund difference through the terminal...

"It was a good hotel, good location, limited parking. I couldn't park my car there so book in advance. Was good size rooms but my room had a damaged shower head so there was no pressure for me to take a proper shower"

"It’s like staying in a museum and being part of the Fortress. It is definitely an experience but may not be for everyone. There are not a lot of comforts. A 2 day stay was just enough. "
