"The Neuhausen Erzgebirge area is absolutely beautiful and this home is perfect for those wanting a quiet peaceful stay. Very close to Seiffen with all of the nutcrackers, smoking men, and pyramids. Neuhausen has the greatest collection of nutcrackers at their museum and is a must see! The home though is very comfortable and spacious and clean...it is as advertised. There are steep steps leading up to the bedrooms, so if that is a concern, beware. Loved this place and our stay!"

"Pretty aweful. Bad WiFi ensured my onward progress is delayed. Hotel reception run by a youth who had greasy, dirty hands from repairing a car when I arrived. Difficulty booking in, difficulty in getting a meal. I eventually found ths chef who gave me a menu. Hotel owner/manager appeared for 10 min at 8pm to tell an expedia arrival she had to pay up front for her room or else. I'd have told him to stick his room. Parking, I was told to park offsite.
