"Très déçu par ce séjour. Des l onboarding nous sommes mal accueilli avec un personnel désagréable. Puis lors du check in on m indique que le linge de lit et de toilette ainsi que le ménage de fin de séjour n est pas inclus. J ai du régler plus de 80€ pour le kit alors que dans le descriptif il était noté que le kit était inclus ainsi que le ménage (en dehors de la cuisine) j ai montré le descriptif sur la plate-forme mais je me suis heurtée à un mur. "Everything in this apartment is the cheapest junk possible. But, that's the norm for this area. They are crazy about no skis or ski boots allowed in units, halls, or elevators. Bed is too large for bedroom, no room to even get to closet. Maintenance is poor."
