Digne d’une auberge basique

Du temps perdu à essayer d’utiliser les bornes de recharges électriques sans succès ! La chambre est propre mais vraiment glacée , on a mis le chauffage à fond avant d’aller passer notre soirée , et le chauffage d’appoint s est balade entre la chambre et la salle de bain Une serviette de bain par personne (main-visage-cheveux). Le personnel est sympathique mais une prestation digne d’un formule 1 , le prix n’est absolument pas justifié. Le petit déjeuner est convenable pour mon mari qui n’a pas d’intolérance , mai je prend mon repas avec., mais c’est le cas la plupart du temps. Très déçus

Séjour parfait Ibis Valenciennes

Très bien situé à 15 mn à pied du centre de Valenciennes, l'hôtel IBIS est très confortable (5 séjours) notamment la chambre 215 très spacieuse avec une grande table (idéal pour l'ordinateur) et vu sur le parking. Très bon couchage également. Le seul point négatif serait le manque de places disponibles dans le parking obligeant de stationner sous l'hôtel où les emplacements sont très étroits et les manœuvres difficiles.

Juste une nuit

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit, hôtel à côté du parc de la Rhonelle, rue calme et gratiote au niveau stationnement, pas très loin du musée des beaux arts, un petit peu plus du centre ville mais rien d'insurmontable. Je recommande Valencienne et pourquoi pas cet hotel ou nous avons été très bien reçu.

Gobelet de douche sale et laissé tel quel malgré le signalement a l accueil. Personne n a daigné monter constater et changer..on m a juste dit ne pouvoir rien fait pour moi. Dommage pour le prix de la nuitée pt dej compris on merite un munimun de propreté

Tout c'est bien passé accueil du personnel, propreté, confort... Seul bémol dans le cadre du covid il est proposé des plateaux pour le dîner avec des encas un peu cher (24 € sans boisson) pour un plateau qualité cantine scolaire industriel. Mais la situation n'est pas évidente...
