"Good place and tidy, friendly reception staff."

"The single room is a small internal room that has a view of a small internal courtyard backing onto the kitchens. I opened the window to see 2 waste bins directly in front of the window. To me that is an absolute no no so I had to move rooms. I suspect if the kitchen was open it would have been noisy too. The staff I met were lovely but I wouldn’t stay there again"

"Our group of 5 adults enjoyed the rooms, amenities & staff. Everything was so nice; we definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms facing the courtyard are quieter. Be sure to pay for parking at the concierge desk for a cheaper rate than from the machine in the parking structure. The walk to old town is about 30 minutes, or take a taxi for a quick ride. "

"Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."

"Lleva a engaño ves el hotel de 4 estrellas y cuando reservas te dicen que es el edificio anexo con unas camas pequeñisimas que te das media vuelta y te sales, una almohada durisima, mala insonorizacion se oye los coches y los carritos y la habitacion encajonada La relacion calidad precio muy malo(113 euros) Y el baño con cristalera que despiertas a tu compañero de habitacion si vas al baño. "

"Room was super clean and very spacious, beds very comfortable as well. There were a couple of little things like a bed reading light not working and the washbasin a bit slow with the flush, but all in all it was a great stay! Breakfast was great!"
