Beautiful, cosy, comfortable 3-family house "Santa Lucia", 1'171 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the hamlet Santa Lucia 3 km from the centre of Bormio, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.5 km from the skiing area, east facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use). Storeroom available. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1.9 km, restaurant, bar 800 m, bus stop 50 m, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Terme di Bormio" 2.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, riding stable 8 km, ski lift 2.5 km, chair lift 2.5 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio. Very nice!

We had a nice time. It was definitely good to have a car to get into town and the surrounding area. We only speak English and we had fun trying to communicate with our Italian speaking host. They were very friendly.

Malgré une météo capricieuse j'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. L'appartement est confortable et bien équipé. Cependant, il mériterait une TV de meilleure qualité. Également l'accès internet était parfois très lent.

Vermieterin kann kein englisch. Viele Dreckecken in der Fewo und Bettdecke war nicht richtig bezogen, sondern nur ein Laken als Unterlage der blanken Bettdecke. Nervig war, dass man sich mit den anderen Mietern absprechen musste, weil die Autos voreinander geparkt waren. Herd hat nicht gut funktioniert und so gut wie keine Dinge da wie Salz, Zucker, Gewürze oder Spülmittel.
