Dès l’arrivée, les choses ont mal tourné : les gérants ont exigé que je paie une seconde fois la chambre, prétendant que le paiement initial n’avait pas été effectué, alors que j’avais le reçu et toutes les preuves de la transaction. Ils ont même refusé de me laisser partir tant que je ne payais pas une nouvelle fois. Face à cette situation absurde, j’ai dû contacter le service client d’Hôtel.com pour intervenir, car la gérante, ne parlait pas...

"A fuir je reserve sur votre site le vendredi début d'après-midi je paie en ligne sans problème .j appelle vers 17h pour dire que j arriverais vers 20h et la on me dit qu il ne peuve pas honoré ma réservation car problème électrique Et qu il n'avait pas pu me joindre avant!!!il .on m’a demandé d envoyer mon RIB par mail en allant chercher le mail sur sur le site super service et que son collège traiterai le remboursement car elle ne savait pas faire. A fuir ce type d’établissement que se serait...

"A bit of a mixed bag, the hosts were great and welcoming. I guess as it was just out of season the advertised restaurant / bar was not in operation. A bit of a remote location and a 20 minute drive to get food in the evening. Breakfast was great and delivered with a personal touch."

"This is the best place we have stayed on the 15 days of Europe travel. After choosing to stay in city centers we decided to stay in the country. This place is dead quiet, bed very comfortable, breakfast enjoyable, staff awesome, very clean and modern. It's a small place but everything was perfect and ease of use. We will be back to this little gem again soon. We would have stayed longer to explore the area with our bikes but we had to catch a flight home from Paris. Excellent bakery near by."

"Nous avons passé unnnuit pour tester, L'endroitbedt calme reposant. Mais il n'y a pas d'acces proche a pied , juste un restaurant. Dommage que l'espace autour des yourtes ne soit pas plus grand. Nos enfants 10 et 11 ans nous on demandé d'y retourner une prochaine fois "

This was a really good break from usual business hotels, great evening / dinner with owners and other guests ending with a courtesy tour of the estate in a golf buggy, we will certainly remember our stay.
