"Spacious, quiet, and clean. Free parking and buffet breakfast. From higher floors you can watch planes take off and land (not a busy airport). Airport shuttle to/from hotel. Departures schedule in the lobby. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. A decent size pool and a well equipped gym. As far as Ottawa goes this hotel is a good value for money. Of course it's not within a walking distance to anywhere - you must drive or uber to downtown. But if you intend to fly out of Ottawa, you can probably do no better."

"The location was central to everything my family wanted to do. I was there for a work event and was able to catch an UBER at any time of the day! Really solid location. Surrounding area is a little dicy at night but excellent police presence added to safety. Ottawa also has a program called block patrol where volunteers sweep the streets every day to clean up hazards. Pretty cool! "

Good from desk employees seving in french and English good recommandations know they city's as in tops finger for where to go or what to eat and personel in floor was very friendly and polite and natural way ..."

"The location was great! Convenient for us to visit the Museum of Nature and the Rideau Mall, etc. We stayed on a Friday and a Saturday night. There was partying in other rooms. Had to sleep with airplugs. The shower contained two shower gels and one conditioner, no shampoo. A few minor issues. "
