The residence is at the foot of cross-country ski and snowshoe trails, as well as hiking and mountain bike routes. Alpine skiing is accessible 4 km away (Aussois area) or 5 km away (Val Cenis area). Many activities are available on site in both summer and winter. The Vanoise National Park is just 1 km away.
