- This beautiful, modern, single-story villa of 110 m² located in a quiet residential area offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A 15-minute walk from the town centre. Bicycle storage available in the garage. Adjustable air conditioning in all rooms. High-speed fibre optic internet access. A secure 8 x 4 m swimming pool open from April 11th to September 27th, 2026. July/August: arrivals and departures are on Saturdays to allow time to prepare the house for new arrivals. The accommodation: Single-story house comprising 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a shared bathroom, and a private bathroom. Adjoining bedroom 3 is a modern open-plan kitchen/living area. Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) + dressing room. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm) + dressing room. Bedroom 3: 1 queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm) + dressing room + bathroom and WC. Bed linen and towels are provided (beach towels not included).
