- 12 km from Romaine la Vaison la Romaine and 10 km from Nyons, this house of 155 m2 is 800m from the center of the village of Saint Maurice on Eygues with its small shops. The decoration of the house has been completely redone, the latter has 5 rooms for 9 people.
It is fully equipped for your comfort wifi, air conditioning on the floor, balneotherapy bath, the flat-bottomed pool is heated ensuring a water temperature of 25 degrees minimum.
The spa for 6 people is also at your disposal.
The ground of 2000m2 is entirely closed allowing you to come with your pets with a superb clear view on the vineyard and the mont ventoux.
The village tennis court is available free for my tenants. Reservations are only from Saturday to Saturday.
