It is 10 km from Villefranche de Rouergue, in the small hamlet of Mayrinhac, where you can enjoy your holidays in peace. The house is spacious, bright and well exposed with its wooded grounds.
You can take full advantage of the swimming pool, exclusively reserved for the occupants of the house, as well as a table tennis table.
Many hiking trails from the house will allow you to discover beautiful Aveyronnais landscapes. To savor the pleasures in the river, conoé ... the house is ideally located between the gorges of Aveyron and the Lot Valley. Many local markets with local producers, walks, visits to the most beautiful villages in France ....
The house is about 150 m², and it consists of a large living room with fireplace, a very well equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, including 1 bedroom with sofa bed, (which can be used as an additional living room), 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. .

Très bon séjour pour les fêtes de fin d'année
Le logement est vraiment confortable, spacieux et bien équipé. Notamment le matériel de cuisine est vraiment complet ! Du jamais vu en plusieurs années de location. L’accueil était vraiment sympathique et nous avons pu rester jusqu'en début d’après-midi le jour du départ, ce qui était bien agréable. Je recommande sans réserve.

Très belle maison
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine (trop court !) dans cette jolie maison décorée avec goût, et bien aménagée ( 6 adultes et 4 enfants). Nouss avons apprécié la piscine, le calme, à la campagne dans une très belle région et de très bons produits régionaux, nombreuses visites à faire. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en Aveyron dans cette maison avec nos amis et enfants. Maison agréable et fraîche l'été ce qui est agréable par forte chaleur. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Propriétaire très accueillant et disponible. Je recommande !

Longère pleine de charme au milieu de la nature
La maison est très agréable et offre deux appartements bien distincts (idéale pour 2 familles ou parents/ados ). Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin (four, machine à laver..) Propreté irréprochable. Villefranche est à seulement 10mn en voiture ou vous trouverez une large proposition de Supermarchés. Le propriétaire est très disponible, à l'écoute et vraiment sympathique. Seule petite chose rien à proximité sans voiture. Dépaysement assuré.
