💗 the ambience, food and the staff … they were really helpful when I needed them.

Very convenient location in central Oslo. Absence of any staff also means you have to be very vigilant when you punch in the code to enter the building. A suspicious young man snuck in right behind us when we entered. Was clearly not a guest as he quickly exited a side exit and prowled the adjacent alleyway for several minutes. We informed management online only to be told not to worry since the adjacent building was being painted. The young man we saw enter was clearly not there to paint.

Hotel is centrally located. 4 Staff at front desk are helpful. 4 Buffet breakfast is a nice option considering how expensive the city is. 5 Rooms are quite small and bed sizes are also small. We booked a family room for four and it was a tight squeeze. Two twin beds and a sofa bed. I was under the impression it would be at least a queen bed. 3 Also being that it is a central location, rooms facing the station are quite nosy at night. 2 This is important since the window needs to be opened for cooling the room.

Had a great location .Rooms are small with less than minimum amenities .no closet just an open Rack .No drawer .No chair or table in the room.A C was not working had a thermostat but couldn’t turn it on .No phone and no coffee maker .Very difficult access to our room in fifth floor ,we had to transfer to another elevator and walk to another bulding Very invenience .none of this was not in description .By the way no safety box and Fridge in the room .Very disappointing .

Our room was tiny and difficult to get to. Great location right at the train station but the next time we are in Oslo, we will stay at a neighboring hotel with larger rooms for the same price.
