We enjoyed a lovely break at Victoria Hotel, Kragero. Staff were great and made us feel welcome. The hotel is located on a beautiful spot right on the front.

The hotel is located in the town center, overlooking the bay with an amazing view. There is public parking lot available, very close to the hotel, against a fee. Breakfast was good and diverse. Friendly staff.

Did not like that my room had no fridge and management refused to provide one, instead offering me a more expensive room with fridge or use of hotel’s fridge. Unpleasant discussion! Otherwise, very nice hotel and wonderful location

Sjarmerende

Vi fikk oppgradert rommet mot et lite tillegg. Da fikk vi rom med balkong og utsikt. Beliggenheten og utsikten er fantastisk på dette ærverdige hotellet. Hoteller har bevart sin sjarm samtidig som den fremstår moderne. Enkel frokost, men til forventning. Dette stedet er selvasagr ikke et 5 stjerners hotell, men et fantastisk hotell med sjarm, nærhet og historisk klang.

Vi lette lenge etter en lysbryter. Fant ingen. Det var kun løse lamper i rommet med bryter på hver lampe. To stk fjernkontroll for TV fungerte dårlig. Lang periode med ukjent error- melding på skjermen. Deilig bad og nydelig utsikt.

Veldig skuffet over rommet

Vi hadde kjøpt junior suite med balkong og havutsikt, men ble "oppgradert" til en stor og lite koselig familieleilighet (grunnet tett sluk i rommet vi hadde bestilt) Leiligheten vi fikk var dårlig møblert og folk gikk forbi utenfor vinduene. Badet var nyoppusset, men hadde ikke fall mot sluk.... Veldig skuffet da vi hadde bestilt lang tid i forveien. Vi kommer ikke til å anbefale dette hotellet. Damen i resepsjonen beklaget da vi sjekket ut, men det var det hele.
