"This hotel is excellent quality. Checking in and out was seamless. I appreciated the welcome text message before I arrived. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was easy. There was no smell of mold or must. The shower water temperature was consistent. Spacious bathroom. Great lighting. Full size Dove brand products for hair and body and handwashing — including lotion. No charge. We stayed in a suite and appreciated the amenities, microwave, iron and board, wet bar, small fridge and free WiFi. We did not stay for breakfast. Last thing I’ll say is the bed was incredibly comfortable and those pillows were amazing! This will be our place to stay whenever we visit Baton Rouge. "
