This hotel was spotlessly clean, lovely helpful staff, very comfortable rooms and located in an ideal position to walk to all the high spots of Milan. It is located equidistantly between the Duomo in the centre and the Navigli (canal district) where there is a huge number of restaurants. All in all, a great stay.

Check in and check out were fantastic - smooth and fast. Some issues with heating/ac system. We had a superking size bed but 2 mattresses. it would be great to have mattress of the same size of the bed

I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled.
