"Our stay in the cabin was very peaceful. The deck area allowed for viewing of deer, several elk, and javelina. The cabin was very clean. The only problem we encountered was the spiral staircase as our large dog could not go up it. It would of been okay if she was small and we could carry her but that wasn’t possible. So we ended up sleeping on pull out coach! Nice cabin overall!"

"The place was a great getaway from the noise of the city to the tranquility of the nature, where you get to enjoy fresh breeze, have a hill-top view, and great for stargazing at night. You get to meet and feed some chicken, ducks, geese, goats, and turkeys, which was so much fun. There are so many hiking trails nearby as well. Joe was very friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. I would definitely consider visiting again!"

"Loved the area with elk roaming thru neighborhood. The covered back porch with swing and patio furniture was wonderful. Furniture and bed were so comfortable it felt like home. Roku was a plus. Roomy kitchen and eating area. So much we loved about this house!!!"

"I and a few other Arizona trail hikers stayed here for a night to have beds to sleep in, a shower, and do some laundry. This place is great!! We were very well-rested the next day. I also really appreciated that they allow a dog, which enabled a fellow hiker with a dog to stay (for a small add-on fee). This place is also very walkable to "That Brewery & Hub", which accepts packages for Arizona trail hikers. Highly recommend this place!"
