Near Uzès: Mons Villa with a new private pool, air-conditioned, website. Samuel's Casket

  • We are renting a comfortable, quiet villa in Mons (30340), a typical Provençal village in the countryside, 20 minutes from Uzès and Anduze, 5 minutes from Vézénobres at the gateway to the Cévennes, and 50 km from the sea. There are many tourist attractions nearby, including charming historic villages in the surrounding area (Vézénobres, Uzès, Anduze, etc.). You’ll find plenty of spots for swimming in rivers, as well as opportunities for beach trips, hiking, mountain biking, and tree-top adventure courses, plus night markets and craft fairs throughout the summer. The villa features 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed with a walk-in closet and 2 single beds). Separate bathroom and toilet with a washing machine/dryer and hair dryer. Baby equipment (high chair and travel cot). Family games and books are available. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic hob, and microwave) that opens onto the dining room (table and chairs) and the living room (sofa, coffee table, armchairs, and TV), from which you can access a spacious terrace with a grill area, lounge chairs, outdoor table and chairs, and a beautiful pool. Additional services: cleaning fee of 80€ upon request; complete package available for 25 euros per person: bed linens and towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 beach towel). Low season (October 1–May 31): 160 per night; high season (June 1–September 30): 250 per night

- Cette maison ne se situe en aucun cas comme indiqué sur le site Abritel (annoncé à 14 minutes à pied du marché et de la place aux herbes d’Uzes) …mais en réalité elle se situe à 30 km d’Uzes prêt d’ Ales.... - nous n'avons pas eu la maison louée mais une se situant à coté car notre réservation était déjà louée.- Maison annoncée avec wifi haut débit : wifi box inexistante et pas de solution mise en place malgré nos relances pendant le séjour.- Les propriétaires facturent , après départ et sans prévenir, une soi-disant « casse de parasol » pour un parasol qui était déjà dans cet état à notre arrivée Quand nous réclamons le remboursement de cette escroquerie, le propriétaire nous conseille de demander le remboursement à notre assurance !! ce qui serait une fraude puisque nous n’avons pas endommagé le parasol!- état des finitions négligé : pas de carrelage dans l’ensemble de la piscineC’est dommage car il y a de quoi bien faire. Région magnifique , nombreux sites à visiter, Restaurant du village très sympathique et bonne cuisine

Accueil impeccable, propriétaires à l’écoute et sympathiques. Classeur avec documentation sur toutes les activités à faire dans la région à notre disposition. Je recommanderai a mon entourage et garde l’adresse précieusement.
