Lovely motel-style hotel. Small rooms but very clean and comfortable. One drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't cover the doorway completely, so there is no real privacy in the bathroom. The food was not great and the service was very slow. They did compensate us for the problem with their service.

Breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs were poorly prepared and one had to search various tables on the dining area for cereals, bread and other breakfast consumables.

Such a disappointment. Asked for a second pillow - "none available in the whole hotel". Not one single hook or rail in the bathroom to gang towels etc. Couldn't get on to the "free wifi". Shower head held in place by an elastic band!

Si vous hésitez, je recommande la chambre double lit plus grande et wc séparés par rapport à chambre 2 lits. Petit déjeuner bien complet ; cependant baguettes fades et pas croustillantes comme la bonne baguette française ; confiture d'abricot trrrrès sucrée. Personnel de l’accueil très...accueillant. Chambres propres mais cendriers débordants à l'extérieur.

Très bon accueil, bon service à l’arrivée réalisé par la personne au bureau, se déplace même à la borne électrique pour vous donner un coup de main. Le séjour s’est gâté juste à cause du restaurant, demande un Room service à 19h, 19h45 toujours rien. La personne vous a oublié. Demande une pizza à la Carte, le chef se permet de vous rajouter un ingrédient alors qu’il n’est pas noté sur la composition, pas de chance, un ingrédient que je n’aime pas du tout. Avait demandé sauce piquante n’était pas présente, pas de couver serviettes lorsque le plateau arrive. C’est vraiment dommage de se permettre cela dans un établissement.

Hôtel correct

Avantage de cette hôtel est d être dans la nature. Chambre simple mais confortable. Petit déjeuner correct. Merci de nous avoir changé de chambre pour une autre avec douche suite a mon handicap. Seul bémol avoir prélevé le montant de ma chambre avant notre arrivée alors que je devais payer sur place et de plus pas au bon tarifs.

Le plus est la gentillesse et le dynamisme de l’équipe; ils rendent l’étape sympathique. Buffet petit déjeuner à prendre dedans ou en terrasse. Situé à 20 minutes à pied de la vieille ville. C’est proche mais il faut marcher le long de la route passante.

Bon hôtel pour séjour prolongé.

Merci à Alicia, à l'accueil, pour avoir échangé ma chambre twin par une double (suite à un changement du nombre de personnes dans la chambre). Bon petit-déjeuner (dommage que le jus de pamplemousse ait été fade et le bacon froid). Carte du restaurant limitée le soir mais excellente raie. Piscine non testée... Parking sur place. Assez éloigné du centre-ville, mais calme, de fait. Seul hic : pas de bonde à la baignoire..., donc pas de bain, le "petit plus" qui aurait rendu mon séjour parfait...

Très bon séjour dans l hôtel pont du Gard à Uzès ou le personnel est accueillant, très sympathique et à votre écoute. Chambre très convenable et un petit déjeuner au top, excellent. Une joli piscine vous accueille avec transats. Allez y!
