Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:

- A 40 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa bed (sleeps two) and dining area
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 7 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A shared heated swimming pool measuring 4m x 8m, open from 10 April to 10 November. Access by badge.

The flat is ideally located in Uzès, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
