"Lovely atmosphere"

"My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The owners & staff were attentive & helpful. The pool was great, theunit was spotless, private, bed comfortable, had all needed amenities and the breakfast was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and some souvenir shopping. You could see the beach and sunsets from the upper decks. Definitely recommend this place!"

"Casa Bambu is in a beautiful location, private, high in the mountains with stunning ocean and whale tail views. The support staff were friendly, communicated well and helpful with check in and check out. The property is clean, well maintained and perfect for a romantic getaway, until you want to go out. The drive up and down the mountain is the only negative. A capable 4x4 is a must as well as 4x4 driving skills. If you want to be way of the beaten path and be able to look down at soaring condors, watch macaws fly by your pool and many other types of birds, listen to the sounds of the ocean surf and watch the beautiful sunset and sunrise sky from your bed or pool, Casa Bambu cannot be beat. "

"Not only was this house breathtaking, with the infinity pool, outdoor spaces, and a super open main floor plan, but the host and management team did an incredible job preparing us for the trip, and helping us make fun activity and terrific restaurant reservations. The team was very, very responsive, and was constantly checking in to see how we were getting along during our week-long stay. The drive up to the house, as mentioned by others, requires a 4x4 vehicle and a strong constitution, but the payoff once you arrive is worth it. The location in Uvita provides easy access to so many fun activities within a small driving distance. We can't recommend this experience any more. We loved it."
