Our modern unit is located in Pra-Loup 1600, one of the best resorts in the Southern Alps! During winter, there's 180km of ski trails with 2 lifts in the surrounding area. Located just 10-minutes from Barcelonnette in the Ubaye Valley, this area offers a weath of beautiful scenery including forestry and gorgeous mountain peaks.

Our cozy 1 BEDROOM apartment features a Bunk bed and 2 Single beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. After skiing, retreat to our cozy LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy local programming on our TV. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM. We provide you with a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

Our 35m2 suite is conveniently located at Résidence Praloup. For a daily €50 fee, guests can request the all inclusive formula that includes breakfast, a buffet dinner, drinks, happy hour, and access to the spa and pool all at the nearby hotel, Bergers Resorts hotel (pay on-site).

Please let us know if you'd like to bring your furry best friend along with you on your holiday and we may be able to accommodate them (1pet/unit and pets are not allowed in the common area). Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, a small daily tourist tax charged per person, and a small daily eco tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their apartments prior to depature or an end of stay cleaning is available for a charge. Bed linen and towels are available for an additional fee for guests staying longer than 7 nights.

There are 2 sporting good shops within 3-minutes of the residence, GODILLE SPORT 1600 Ski Rental SKISET and SPORT 2000 WOLF SKI SHOP, so you can have all of your mountain equipment needs met in the area. For a bite to eat after a day on the slopes, we recommend going to Le Down Hill, just a 4-minute drive away.
