Our beautifully situated family chalet has an area of ​​280 m² (8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate toilets, 2 kitchens) located in the southern Alps in Pra loup Molanes, breathtaking views of the Ubaye valley and adjoining the Mercantour park. The chalet consists of 5 parental rooms as well as 3 children's rooms. Fitted kitchens: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven. Washing machine. Linen not provided. TV, wifi and board games. 500m from the gondola and ski lessons, giving access to the Lumiere area (180 km of slopes). Ideal family meeting or rental to several families. Rental from Sunday to Sunday possible rates including charges. No pets allowed, no smoking

Nice Stay in the Mountains

Great location, and a nice view, there is no sun after 16h (august) but it is a nice house, in a lovely surrounding. Pra Loup 1600 is closeby (half hour walk or 10 minute bike) for your small groceries or visiting a restaurant. Little problem is you have to walk all your stuff up a small mountain pad. You can not park your car upstairs. Overall a great stay, in a great surrounding!
