"We left a bit disappointed. After reading the reviews we were quite hopeful but the room furniture was dated and in need of renewal. The room was adequate size but not large and the shower room floor was like a trampoline.... very bouncy! Our meal at night was poor. We both had roast but the meat was extremely poor, something like a ready meal, and I couldn't eat my meal. The whole dinner packed any flavour. A shame but the staff immediately offered a refund so was happy with how they dealt with it. Breakfast was a vast improvement!"

"The room was very clean and tidy! Staff are very friendly, the breakfast is amazing very filling! And the parking is very easy too access but when there are a few guests staying the car park can get very tight, overall really good and best bit its only 17 mins drive too Alton towers from there "

"Clean. Great communication from the host. Did have bunk beds in one of the twin rooms which weren't advertised but not an issue. All in all a great place to stay the night before a day at alton towers with friends. "
