"妻と義母の3人でコネクティングルームに4泊5日で滞在。ベッドは全てシングルベッドを準備して頂きました。 2022年に新築されているので、設備は綺麗でバスルーム、キッチン用品も充実していて、おまけにネスプレッソも設置されていたので、朝のコーヒーを楽しめました。インバウンドの宿泊者が多いかもしれないと認識していたので、炊飯器が準備されていたのはビックリしました。 義母向けにバスチェアー、車椅子もフリーレンタルでき、駐車場は特に依頼していなかったのですが、入口に近い場所を確保していただき、高齢者にとっては大変、ありがたかったです。 スタッフの対応はいつも笑顔で丁寧。タオル掛けスタンドが不安定だったので、交換を依頼したところ、直ぐに交換してもらい、バスマットの追加も迅速に対応してもらいました。 天気は毎日、雨であまり観光に出かける事が出来なかったけど、快適なホテル滞在が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。"

"Very good hotel. Just a five- or six-minute walk from the JR rail station if your luggage has wheels. Just follow the train track. The station's tourism office had a yellow leaflet bearing a map that showed a few restaurants near the hotel, requiring that we walk only two blocks or so in the evening to get a good meal. "Staying in HITOHANA was absolutely wonderful. The overall design of the hotel is great and cozy. Staffs are helpful. We had 2 adults and a kid. The room was spacious for us, even we didn't book a bigger family room. They have their own winery so are very generous to provide free wine and juice tasting. Selection of food in breakfast was plenty. The food is delicious. The public bath is a bit small when compare to other hotels we stayed. Can get crowded easily. This is the only shortcoming I...
