very good location for people new around here, the room is bit small but itâs ok, only one big problem is the air conditioner, seems like They use central air conditioning, so the room temperature can't be adjusted; it feels like there's no air conditioning at all. For Asahikawa's weather, the room temperature is a bit cold.
Hotel staff was super friendly, especially the housekeepers. The room was bigger than I had expected and the room temperature very comfortable. The bed was comfortable too. I opted for breakfast which was a good choice. It was delicious with many options (sausage, roast beef, bacon, marinated pork, ramen, etc). And the breakfast staff was fantastic. So considerate, helpful and friendly. I really looked forward to seeing them every morning (9 nights). It was also close to the train station which made my coming and going convenient.
Walking distance from Asahikawaâs JR station. Located opposite AEON Mall. Breakfast was excellent! Taste delicious! They also have a good public basement Onsen for respective gender. You may want to get a bigger room if you are carrying 2 large luggages.
It was a very busy time, lots of people checking in. Despite that, all staff very helpful and accommodating to foreign travellers. Hotel close to boulevard with many restaurants and coffee shops. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Loved walking around in Japanese style PJâs. Highly recommend!
One of the best stays so far. Not just the location is fantastic - you walk down the corner and road and you have the train and bus station, to also Aeon Mall for all your food needs etc. Premiere has been my favourite so far above other hotel groups. Clean, spacious, comfortable for use. Be patient with the in room aircon. Breakfast was worth the purchase with the raw salmon and salmon being very tasty to all the other options as well. Bathrooms are also comfy with staff being super helpful and understanding. Very easy to ask for advice. Including a bus stop just across the road from hotel for the airport. Even close than the bus station⊠Everything was good. Thank you.
I want to come back :)
The hotel is very close to a shopping mall, parking is „800/night. The room was hot without AC as it is not controlled in your room. I have to call the front desk, and they gave me a fan and helped me to open the window.

Buffet breakfast was not very good considering price. I was excited about the sashimi and rice option, but only the raw salmon and crab were palatable. The coffee and espresso was also just okay. My son liked the meat sauce pasta and the soft serve ice cream. Pumpkin flakes were a nice touch. I wish they had tofu. The laundry situation was also very unpleasant. They only have 3 machines that are confusing and hard to use. You also have yo buy laundry detergent for 50 yen at the front desk, which is not clear until you ask. Expect a wait for an empty machine. The room is also horribly hot and on display in front of the reception room. The bed was reasonably comfortable and the tv entertainment opitons were excellent. The hot spring was smaller than i thought, and a bit crowded but a decent quality. I hated the polyester type pajamas. I would have preferred a typical cotton yukata option. Parking attendents for vertical parking tower were nice.
SO DIRTY and don't be mislead by their "parking available".
Firstly, they advertise parking, but the valet attendendant refused our car because we were staying one night, not two or more. They had space in their parking stacker lot and we saw them let other guests in.
This information that their hotel parking is only available for guests staying 2 nights or more should be provided prior to booking.
Secondly, it is FILTHY. There were reddish brown stains on the quilt, you know it is fresh because it hadn't yet turned brown.... They were able to change our sheets quickly, thanks for that.
The next morning as we were packing our suit case, we found undergarments (not ours) tucked just under the edge of the bed.
Gross, if the stain didn't prove that our room wasn't cleaned properly, then the undergarments found sure did.
Save yourself the "ick" and book elsewhere. I've stayed in dormitory hostels cleaner than this.

I originally had a great impression of this hotel but now I have less favorable view.
Good:
-Nice onsen
-clean rooms
-close to train station and attractions
Bad:
-cleaning staff are EXTREMELY loud in the morning, slamming things around the hallway and talking loudly at 8am every morning...don't they think guests want to sleep in on vacation?
-I asked front desk to order me a FIXED RATE taxi to the airport the night before I left. I asked them in both Japanese and English. My taxi was late and used the meter, not fixed rate. The hotel staff clearly did not order me the correct taxi.
-they put the laundry machines directly next to the smoking room...so that your clean clothes immediately smell like smoke?
-the dryer doesn't really work. I ran it 3 times and my clothes were still wet
-the dryer explodes with lint/dust every time you open the door. All my clothes were dustier than before I did laundry.
Bed was very old and uncomfortable
Room was much smaller then the pictures made it appear
And the hot spring dosnt allow people with tattoos! I know this about some Onsen
But didnât expect it in the city at a spa
