"This is based on observations at the time of TRYING to check in. You see, they had given our rooms away! This we did not stay there the first night. We had to find another place to stay after a long and exhausting trip. Fortunately a place closer to the airport was available."

"1st towel was torn, requested another and it has holes too. the toilet paper was the worst quality I’ve ever seen. Sheets were stained. Everything you can think could go wrong in a hotel went wrong. Check in was a hassle cuz they had no communication with Expedia whatsoever and didn’t even know how it works, I’m not sure why they are advertising on Expedia. They didn’t know the basics. My room was so dirty, I wanted to be moved to a different room with all the things I found but didn’t even...
