"Reserved a room with two queen beds and the reservation was confirmed. When I arrived, they only could provide a single king bed with a sofa bed. Therefore, this was known before I arrived and the location should have informed me prior to my arrival. Due to some construction, the room I reserved wasn't available. But, the hotel recognized that this was not what I reserved and they provided free parking and my choice of snacks. I appreciated their offer as they recognized this was not what was reserved. Thanks for treating me as a valued customer. "

"This is a great hotel for couples or families. The common areas and rooms are spacious and really clean. It feels very upscale. The "coffee shop" is much more than a diner, serving an amazing breakfast, and delicious salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Even with other dining options we kept going back there! Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool, walking distance to SLC sites and the Delta Center. Only weird drawback is that the bed quality didn't match the rest of the hotel. Commented about it upon leaving and the front desk person was very attentive - asked questions, took notes. Regardless, this will be our go-to hotel in SLC. "

"The shower needs some major attention. You had to have to shower head facing the wall instead of in the center because if you do, the water sprays all over the floor because the glass for the shower is too small. I’m only 5’3 and hit my elbow again the wall each time i tied to turn. My 6’ husband hated it. Also the water in the building never gets hot. Warm at its best. And we used the showers in the gym as well and still never got hot water from there either. The other issue we noticed is there is no microwave in the room. "

"A+ hotel. I will say that the gym, for the level of hotel, is average/poor. It’s small with limited equipment for use. Think holiday inn gym with more treadmills"
