"Clean room, great breakfast, centrally located. Signage to find hotel is a little difficult (restaurant signage is significant and overshadows hotel location). "

"The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel."

"I love this hotel. It was just behind Saint Rita church. The hotel has everything, nice restaurant and the front desk people were nice. The hotel has a good place to park. The room was very comfortable and beautiful view. I will stay again "

"Quiet countryside property. The rooms were nicely appointed but the walls are thin and you could clearly hear the people on the other side. We made sure we spoke quietly so we wouldn’t disturb any of the other rooms but unfortunately that was not reciprocated. A nice spot convenient to some beautiful Umbrian towns. You definitely need a car to stay here."
