We enjoyed our overnight stay in this beautiful town. The hotel was very central, we were provided a map on arrival and given clear parking instructions. Our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was simple but adequate in a lovely light room. Staff all helpful and polite.

One of the nicest small hotels I’ve found in europ

This is an incredibly nice hotel and possibly one of the highest value hotels I’ve ever stayed in across Europe over many decades. It’s more modern than cute but very, very comfortable everything.

Excellent location

Very nice hotel in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Location is the main pro. Rooms are renovated and clean, good AC. Staff and service arevery friendly and good. Breakfast included is good. Overall great value for money. The cons for us were that the wifi didn't work at all, and parking is a bit annoying but manageable. The valet service is a good alternative for maybe a day but you need to sign a release where they don't take any responsibility for what happens to your car, and it has time limitations. If you're staying for longer it's definitely more worth to find another parking option that's cheaper and probably more convenient to reach. This said, they provided us with lots of different parking options, public and private. Overall we had a nice and quiet stay and would come back. We did not use the spa facilities so cannot review that offer.

The hotel was very pleasant. We stayed in a suite and it was very nice. There was no television in the lounge which was weird, only the bedroom. The parking was confusing as you have to park outside of the town and walk in, not a bad walk but if we did not call reception we would never have figured it out. We booked this hotel for the spa but unfortunately they told us we could not use the services, including hot tub or sauna, after a long italian trip we were really hoping for that, as it is advertised as a spa resort, that was disappointing. Overall a beautiful town and nice hotel.

Horrible

Parking nightmare. Hotel advertises valet but it’s not available despite my rental of 2 suites. No cooking utensils, plates or pots in 2 rooms with kitchens. How do we use the kitchen?? Dirty sheets for my daughter on check in. Finally we had a family emergency and had to leave early and they told me at check out “if you would have booked direct we could have refunded you.” Not kind, nice or helpful at all. If you don’t want people to book through 3rd parties, then don’t sell through 3rd parties. You’re much better to book the place next door.

Hotel centralissimo, si entra tramite il loro negozio di abbigliamento. Nel complesso ben tenuto, con personale della reception (compreso il responsabile) e della colazione gentilissimo. Qualche appunto su particolari che però, dato che è una struttura a 4 stelle, secondo noi contano (già fatti in loco): in camera macchinetta del caffè con solo 2 cialde (spesso senza zucchero e tanto meno pannine), il bollitore l’abbiamo dovuto chiedere, ma non c’erano le bustine (poi son state portate solo di the e non di tisanee non sempre), in bagno solo bagnoschiuma e cuffie, niente kleenex, shampoo, crema corpo, dischetti struccanti. Anche a colazione consiglieremmo una scelta maggiore con dolci di forno (erano chiaramente industriali).

Ho alloggiato una notte in questo hotel e mi sono trovato benissimo. Struttura situata in pieno centro, molto curata e ben tenuta, davvero molto bella. La comunicazione con la reception è stata ottima,sempre gentili e disponibili. Nel mio caso sono arrivato dopo l'orario utile per il check-in e mi hanno fatto trovare la chiave in una keybox con codice, l'ho trovato molto comodo. La stanza era bella, non eccessivamente ampia ma funzionale, e il letto e i cuscini comodissimi per me. L'unica pecca forse un po di polvere di troppo sugli abat jour e in qualche angolo del pavimento. Comunicazione ottima anche nei giorni seguenti, in quanto avevo dimenticato una cosa in camera e ci siamo accordati per farmela spedire. In conclusione, mi sento di consigliare questa struttura, ho passato una notte piacevole
