We loved the location and facilities of this hotel. It must have been recently renovated. We would have preferred not to have been on the ground floor but despite this it was still a lovely outlook (into the bushes and garden and some water glimpses). We loved the fact that we could have a drink in the bar / dinner in the restaurant with gobsmacking beautiful view of Ushuaia. The food and service was good too. I just wish hotels could give guests tea and coffee facilities in the room... it cannot be hard surely.

The view is fantastic. However, the staffs working there is not very good. They failed to deliver our luggage to cruise ship collection point even though they promised they will do and we checked with them 3 times to make sure this would happen. They will not seat you at dining room even though the dining room is almost empty. They charged my credit card for hotel stay even though we already paid at time of booking. Now, I have to take time to figure out how to get a refund. I am not very happy about this experience.

This hotel was excellent for a three day stay in Ushuaia! The view of the city and the channel was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was good (but so is the food in town, so recommend going into town for dinner a time or two as well). The breakfast that was included was also very good. The staff I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful as well. The hotel does offer a shuttle, but it quits running kind of early so I was glad to have a car....downtown Ushuaia is a bit far for most folks to walk, and the trip back to the hotel is all uphill. Parking is very convenient if you do have a car. There is also a nice set of hiking trails right next to the property that made for an enjoyable few hours. All told I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and would definitely consider staying here again.

Very nice operation. The food options were very good, the room was nice, and the staff very helpful. Taxis showed up within a few minutes of the front desk requesting them.

Far from city.
Hotel was supposed to,pick us up at the airport- they didn’t show up and didn’t answer their phone. Took $40 cab ride- showed lady at check in desk the email- she just shrugged. Hotel is far from city-but pretty view. There is a shuttle to edge of city- we took it once, but the time to come back didn’t work for us- another cab ride. Takes 4-5 requests before they fix anything- safe didn’t work- heat wouldn’t turn off- no clean towels. Food is good at restaurant and bar And Wi-Fi is good. Room was clean. The lack of service and location are the main negatives.

The view was breathtaking but the staff attention was poor. Ordered a breakfast in room for 6:30am departure to the airport and breakfast never came.Note that i paid for the breakfast.shuttle to down and back is useless. Every 2 hours and las one is 7pm to downtown or 7:30pm to hotel

The property sits on top of the hill with amazing views of Beagle Channel. I think if you are going to Ushuaia you want this view. Rooms are a good size with standard shower, bathroom or cable. The food in the restaurant was great. We ate dinner there three days because of the variety on the menu. They did a great job with unique dishes. Shuttle takes you into the city which is about 5 to 10 minutes away.

Stunning views, spotlessly clean & friendly staff
Very helpful with vegetarian options, and breakfast offered a wide array of local /global choices - delicious with food options to suit all types of palates/lifestyles. View from restaurant was to die for... :) Shuttle bus to downtown Ushuaia was helpful and timely, and the entire staff - from the front desk to the shuttle driver to the dining stuff were friendly, eager to help, informative and with attentive service. We especially enjoyed the trails down the hill to a gorgeous sister property (Las Hayas) and the trails up the hill to towards the glaciers - overall, now one of our fave venues in Argentina.

Fantastic location with spectacular views of the Beagle Channel. Hotel is out of town but does provide a courtesy shuttle into town.

Great staff and great views.
The staff was very helpful and spoke English well. Always willing to help. The restaurant at their sister hotel next door was very nice and much better appointed than this hotel's.

Don't book this hotel!!!
Traveling with 2 babies, arrived to hotel booked months in advance to spend New Year's Eve to find out that it was closed. We were forced to move to another hotel of the same company "Las Hayas" which was full and accommodated us 5 adults with 2 babies in the 2 rooms available which didn't meet the standards originally booked: no bay view; no penthouse suite, extras outreageously overpriced. Service was slow or nonexistent. New Year's dinner was definitely below standard and crazy overpriced (the "show" was mediocre, food barely ok, self-service, DJ repeated songs within 2 hours, ran out of champagne of low quality, etc). Hotel staff made some efforts to compensate us but this was still one of our worst experiences ever worldwide.

Todo muy bien! Hotel con excelentes vistas a ls ciudad y cerca del Glaciar Martial, recomiendo tener vehículo para trasladarse a la ciudad, aunque el hotel provee un transporte hay q ajustarse al horario del servicio.

Hotel excelente vista linda canal Beagle. Otimo servico. Restaurante excelente tambem ( jantei e foi um dos melhores de Ushuaia) . Nao e perto do agito mas a vista linda e o transfer gratuito de hora em hora ida e volta compensaram. Fiquei num quarto para 4 pessoas. Era tipo um duplex. Ótimo para família

Experiência incrível
Hotel de montanha, de alto padrão, bonito e muito aconchegante. A localização é privilegiada, no meio da subida ao Glaciar Martial, proporcionando belíssimas vistas do Canal de Beagle, das montanhas nevadas e de toda a cidade de Ushuaia. Bar e restaurante excelentes, com pratos fartos e saborosos e atendimento de primeiro nível. Eu e minha esposa ficamos oito dias (10/04/2023 a 18/04/2023) hospedados no quarto nº 123, que é grande, espaçoso e muito bem decorado. E tem vista para o canal. Destaque também para o gratuito e muito conveniente serviço de van ida e volta ao centro. O motorista Sr. Alejandro é uma simpatia só. Sempre sorridente, ainda nos passou ótimas dicas de restaurantes com comida boa e preços justos. Há ainda um pequeno e confortável mirante/mirador no topo de hotel, de onde se pode apreciar toda a beleza da cidade abaixo, ladeada pela Cordilheira dos Andes. Viajamos muito e posso afirmar que o Los Acebos Ushuaia foi uma das melhores experiências que já tivemos.

Desde el momento de salir del aeropuerto se mira la belleza de Ushuaia y el hotel en la montaña! Tiene una ubicación privilegiada, para nosotros fue mas fácil alquilar coche, el personal del hotel esta un paso adelante a tus preguntas y resuelven todo en cuestión de segundos, una atención increíble Me encanto ese hotel

Hotel Lage und Zusatnd ok. Leider war unser Zimmer unter dem Eingang in die Bar und entsprechend laut. Auch hatten wir von unserem Zimmer im untersten Stock keine Aussicht wie versprochen. Sonst war das Hotel gut und hat uns gut gefallen.

El hotel es muy bonito siendo su principal caracteristica la vista de la ciudad que realmente es muy hermoso. El personal de recepción y en general muy amables. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación muy malo, de un dia al otro no recogieron ni la basura. Lamentablemente nuestras vacaciones se vieron afectadas por la cuarentena relacionada a COVID, donde el personal no tenia ningun tipo de protocolo o sensatez para manejar la situación. Definitivamente una pandemia no es algo para lo que los entrenen, pero hay cuestiones que son sentido comun.

Florencia fue de gran ayuda a desde mi llegada. No encontro mi reservacion pero sin problema me busco una habitacion. Le comente el tour hacia la pinguinera que queria hacer y de inmediato se comunicó con la unica agencia que ofrece ese tour y me reservo. Lo que no me gustó Es que el hotel esta un poco lejos y ofrecen pocas idas y regresos en su bus. Los taxis cobras 200 pesos para llevarte al hotel.
