The place was very nice, especially for the price. A little away from the centre of town and up a bit of a hill, but not hard to get to and still walkable. We liked their nod to the indigenous peoples of the area and hope it was in a respectful way (felt like it). Nice breakfast included and room was quiet.

Nice hotel with a unique “quadruple“ room that was perfect for us, two room “suite“ with a queen bed in one room, and two twin beds, in the other, and one bathroom. Nice and helpful staff, free breakfast in the morning, which was delicious.

We liked the property, the breakfast was good some days and not so good on others, we found the hotel as whole too hot but manageable by opening windows, this could be a good thing or bad depending on you. Overall friendly staff and helpful we would stay there again

Stayed one night but the rooms were comfortable and well sized for a queen room. everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. front desk staff was very friendly. the price was fantastic and included a typical argentinian breakfast buffet. the hotel is up the hill, and a little outside the main downtown area. it is a short walk into the "downtown" as the city is quite small, otherwise ubers are very inexpensive.

Great hotel to stay before our trip to Antarctica

Hotel is clean and comfortable, the only remark is that the heating was super high the entire time and we heard several other people at reception complaining that it feels like 45 degrees in the room. We opened the windows and that mainly solved the issue. The location is good, walking distance to the port and many restaurants and the staff was helpful

Loved the apartment "room"

Our family of 5 stayed in the apartment with 3 bedrooms and loved it. Very clean and cozy, beds were super comfy. The apartment felt secluded from rest of hotel so didn't hear any other guests when trying to sleep. Could hear traffic a bit, but playing white noise covered that noise right up. Staff was hugely helpful, and even tidied our apartment. It had all the benefits of an Airbnb and hotel at the same time. Very helpful they changed dollars to pesos at a good rate too.

Good, but Hot!

The room was very nice and clean with a lot of space. It’s a little outside of the main area of town, but was still a good location. My only real issue was the room was soooo HOT and we could not get the heat down. The shower had a very strong pressure which at the wrong angle, got water all over the bathroom floor. They had luggage storage for our check out time and breakfast until 10am that was okay

The place is ok, the beds are comfy, the staff is friendly. Its super noisy, like i could hear the cars next to mr from outside and i was on a third level. There is a restaurant on the property only open for breakfast until 10 and dinner. You cant bring food from outside, so if you are tired and its lunch time, no one cares you gotta get up and find a restaurant. Water you had to pay for. It just seemed a little inconvenient for us (we are a family of 5)
