We had an amazing stay in this apartment in Ushuaia. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and very comfortable, and the view is absolutely incredible. The location is perfect—close to everything while still feeling peaceful. The hosts were extremely accommodating and made the whole experience seamless. We truly appreciate everything they did for us and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ushuaia.

The room was in good condition, beautiful view if the canal, very good location. On the negative side, there was not enough toilet paper, soap and shampoo, missing right amount of cutlery and crockery and some essentials in kitchen. Knowing that you have 4 guests for 5days.

The apartment is a good size and in very good condition, which stands out when compared to some of the hotels in the town. The building is brand new. Spacious kitchen and bathroom.

Comfortable and Centrally Located

Centrally located. No major issues. No one gave instructions about the heating system. Seemed to have wonderful floor heating, but couldn't tell how to adjust it (or maybe it just doesn't change quickly) so I had to sleep with the window open at a temperature when you wouldn't normally do that.

I liked the trasport from and to the airport. The location was central to walk to restaurants and port. I very much disliked that they have cleaning fee, but getting to my apartment the comforter had what seemed to be a blood stain and it smelled like they hadn't wash those in a while. I hate going into a property and feeling like i cant be comfortable. Had to walk to office to pay for cleaning fee, which is an inconvenience. The staff was nice enough to call their boss to waive the cleaning.

Nice property close to everything.

The property was spotless. Comfortable. It was however very loud at night. Nice fridge and kitchenware. Close to market and restaurants. We had an issue with check-in. My suggestion would be to send the instructions earlier than 2 hours prior. If someone doesn't have data in Argentina you might not be able to get in.

Very large space. Comfortable. Excellent location. Great views. Laundry facility was a huge plus. Downside: nearby bar played music until 5am so bring ear plugs. We stayed 5 nights and nothing was available for replenish. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Those things should be replenished for longer stays, especially trash bags for the bathroom. Overall, I recommend the apartment for a good stay.

Very Comfortable & Convenient

The stay was excellent. Place was modern, clean & very well located. The bed in our apartment was quite good. Grocery stores, coffee shops & restaurants are very close by. The operation/process was efficient & professional. Staff was very responsive & proactive. All communications were via either email or WhatsApp during their office hours. Our booking was for 3 nights, but our outbound international flight was very delayed, so we got in ~12 hrs late. The staff offered us a late check out without our asking. It worked very well with our schedule. They also went out of their way to bring some tokens so we could do a load of laundry before we left. We do have a few suggestions/wish list: Our original arrival was in the evening. Having a bottle already there would have made it over the top, because it we wouldn't have to go back out to find it.

Disco noise is major problem

Stayed for a full week, so had a chance to really know the place well... Pros: Well located along the main commercial street with bars, restaurants and stores within easy walking distance. Apartment was relatively new, modern and well appointed. Washer/dryer was free. Communication with owner/mgmt was good. Cons: A HUGE one.. the town's only all night disco (for teens and young adults) is located next door. Thumps out the bass ALL NIGHT on Monday, Friday and Saturday until 6am (yes, 6am). If you're in rooms located on the southwest side of the building, you're going to hear it all night and very loud. I tried earplugs (insufficient) and then tried Airbuds with classical music and the thumping was still audible. I actually did not sleep AT ALL on Monday and Friday nights. I slept on Saturday only out of sheer exhaustion. If sleep matters to you, do not stay here. If you own these apartments, lobby the local authorities to enact noise pollution restrictions.
