"I loved the ambiance of this property! It was so relaxing to be inside even though the bustle of the city was right outside. It was very close to the Plaza de Armaz and there were plenty of options if you wanted to walk or take a taxi. I do wish it had air conditioning in the rooms, but they did have a nice fan that helped circulate air. The staff were very friendly and very helpful and spoke very good English!"

"This hotel is in a great location if you’re looking to stay around the historic center/Plaza de Armas. You can walk easily to many museums, restaurants, and parks. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet and the hotel restaurant are both wonderful."

"This place is in the center of Cusco close to many major areas of interest, i.e. plazas, museums, restaurants, street markets, etc. They are also only a bus or train ride from Machu Picchu, Aguas Calientes, Ollytantambo, and so much more. The staff go above and beyond for anything you may need, help with luggage, directions to local places, calling taxis, and the lovely breakfast they serve. They main staff are fluent in English if you don't know Spanish, the grounds are immaculate, and everything is very affordable. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting the area."
