Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used floss and ear plugs found on the floor. Overall, this stay caused significant stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this property or management company. Still fighting to get a refund for the first night - no confidence I will actually get the refund. Very unprofessional. "
