"Shuttle if very efficient and the wait is never long to get to the slopes and village area. Great area for walks and/or with dogs. Although I was hoping for pancakes or waffles with the continental breakfast but was great nonetheless. Had dinner reservations in the village and the shuttle was the way to go on a super cold night. It’s just what you need to be comfortable. Hot tub and sauna was refreshing. I’d would deff recommend staying there again. "

"We had a terrible experience with this rental. Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used floss and ear plugs found on the floor. Overall, this stay caused significant stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking this property or management company. Still fighting to get a refund for the first night - no confidence I will actually get the refund. Very unprofessional. "

"Dump!!! Very disappointing stay. This property was not clean or properly maintained, and many of the issues were already known before we arrived.The kitchen had no working overhead lights, the dishwasher wheels were broken, the bed broke when we sat on it, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and two TVs didn’t work. The listing also said there was a high chair and Pack and Play, but neither was provided.We had to clean ourselves — the TV was covered in dust and there was old food, crumbs, and junk in and under the couch. It clearly was not professionally cleaned. Management was aware of these problems but didn’t fix them, and the compensation offered was insulting. We use Vrbo often and this was by far the worst place we’ve stayed in."
