One of a kind unique experience. Room was super spacious and have magnificent view of the lake. Host were super welcoming and friendly.

incredible experience, the room is so beautiful. we were very grateful to our host and his family for their time and their wonderful support. meals were delicious and they catered so so well to our last minute request for vegetarian meals. 100% perfect all around, so recommended!!

Learning about the floating islands and the Quechua peoples way of life has been invaluable; we were fully immersed in their culture which is an experience you couldn’t find anywhere else. The lake is beautiful, the food made for us was amazing and the island itself is a phenomenon of hard and work and dedication by the family living here. Of course the facilities are basic but that’s because you are staying on an island made of reeds! Or ‘totara’ In the Quechua language.

Well run hotel, accommodating and polite staff. Very good included buffet breakfast -could improve the coffee. Sunrise view over the Lake is always breathtaking. Overall a very good choice, probably the best in town. Quite good value. Restaurant served quality meals at a fair price.

Great staff helped us choose a vegetarian option from menu and adjusted the menu to suit our requirements.

We got a free upgrade which was awesome! The only feedback we have is regarding the hot water which took a while.

Wow - the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. Starting with being woken when we arrived at 5 in the morning and allowing us to check in after our long bus trip!!! They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!! Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet. The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus....

Beautiful large rooms, hot showers, great location. The breakfast was large and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The Staff are friendly,helpful and willing to assist your stay.The hotel is in an open, bright surrounding and offers comfort in all areas of the hotel. Easy access to internet , food great to start the day next to Plaza de Armas and the general shopping area for tourist buys and foods. Highly recommend so much so I booked 2 extra nights.

Everything was wonderful! The staff are super friendly and helpful with all our requests. The breakfast was good. Wifi not so good in the room but great down at reception. Our room was spacious enough and the shower was great. Our room didn't have a window view so it was dark but we liked it as it allowed us to sleep! Number one location.
