We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were extremely friendly and warm. Breakfast is included, it’s close to Plaza de Armas, nice hot showers and good WiFi.

We stayed at Mosoq Inn for 4 days. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were very flexible with our requests. They took care of our laundry and stored our luggage while we took a tour. The staff arranged breakfast ahead of time so that we could catch a very early morning train. Very clean property.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities.

Hosts are very friendly, accommodating of additional requests and helpful. The facility is clean and comfortable and well appointed. There are nice common areas for sitting and the included breakfast Is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, beds soft and coverings warm. We had no issue staying comfortable even in the winter. There is plenty of hot water and included hair dryer - nice touches while travelling. We were there as a family of 4 and are actually going back again!

Wow - the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. Starting with being woken when we arrived at 5 in the morning and allowing us to check in after our long bus trip!!! They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!! Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet. The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus. We really appreciated the terrific service.

Room size is large, staff helpful, less than 10 mins walk to the plaza, quite, great hot shower, hair dryer in the bathroom, can also ask for heater. No elevator.

Great services

Services were perfect. I waited for 20 minutes at 0520 and staff opened the locked gate. Some staff do not speak English but were friendly. The bed is soso with hair on it. Hot water pressure was terribly small until my midway shower on the second night.

Staff was great. One of our party suffered from altitude sickness and the staff was very attentive. Rooms were clean and large. Beds were comfortable. Good place to stay.
